Great salon, cozy interior and the friendliest and best-dressed staff you'll meet in the area! The manager, Sandy, is absolutely fantastic, has tonnes of great experience and goes out of her way to make all clients (new and regulars) comfortable and happy. I'm a regular at Volum and I'll say that all the ladies there are extremely talented. Valentina, Maddie and Cassandra are my personal favorites...they'll give you exactly what you want, better than how you imagined it would be. You'll be in love by the time you walk out of the salon! I've been going to Volum for over 2 years now, and I can't imagine letting anyone else but Valentina cut my hair. SHE DOES MAGIC WITH MY HAIR!
Average experience. New to the area, I basically choose this place randomly. The stylist I got did I great job of listening to what I wanted and trying to do things exactly the way I told her too. She was very thorough with her cutting, blow drying and styling. However, she wasn't particularly friendly to me (didn't try to spark up any conversation) and mostly spent the whole time chatting with the other stylist who didn't have a client. It seemed a a little unprofessional to me. Overall, she did a great job with my hair though so I would go back. It cost about $50.
