I went to this salon to get my hair trimmed. The wait was long because it seemed as though there was tension between the employees as to who would take the next customer. Very unprofessional! When one of the hairdresser's finally took me for a haircut, she did not listen to my request (she cut my hair too short). In the process, she even SNIPPED MY EAR! She could not even provide me with a bandage because the salon does not carry first aid! This is not permissible! All work places are required to carry first aid under the occupation health and safety requirements. I would not recommend this salon to anyone EVER! They salon is not well equipped and the employees lack professionalism and communication skills.

My hair is a disaster it looks 1000x worse coming out then when I went in. I asked for a cut and colour. First the Cut I asked and agreed to just over an inch to be taken off she took over 4. I asked for layers in the front she feathered it no layers. Next the color Bright Orange on the top almost black wit purple on the bottom. She had nothing but excuses saying it was my roots only that took the color. I didn't have 6-7 inches of roots only just over an inch. It was way over processed and Orange not even close to the colour we agreed on. Then she refused to give me the manager/owners contact information. If you value your hair, time and money Do not go.

OWNER IS A TOTAL SCAM ARTIST! Told me the price and paid this price on numerous occasions. Then to be called at home and told I did not pay enough and the owner conveniently does not remember telling me what price she quoted me!!! Even have credit card statements showing the amount I had been paying all along. Avoid this place like the plague!
