My daughter had a pretty good time - she got to choose which fun car to sit in to have her hair done. The hair dresser followed my request and instruction for how I wanted my daughter's hair cut. But on March 12th (Blizzardy weather) I left an hour early from my home to make our appointment at got a little lost (went to the plaza accross the street since it was our 1st time) so at I called on my appointment time to ask where to go from where I was. Once we finally arrived through the terrible weather , we were 10 minutes late by the time my toddler used the bathroom from the long drive, Our hairdresser was bitter and grouchy and told me that if i missed my appointment next time by more than minutes she wouldn't keep it for us but since this is my 1st time she will let it slide. This was just terrible customer service from someone who obviously knows nothing about customer service or self presentation, as she was hearing a tired old worn shirt with the company logo that was 2 sizes too small. Should have canceled the appointment because of the weather and left her without a customer at all. Will never return to this location and can't imagine what kind of establishment would hire such a nasty grumpy lady to work on children's hair. Would advise anyone else to go to anoher location to have your children's hair done - not worth the $25 for two snips of a toddler's hair.
