Got my brows done, she waxed half my brows off after I specifically said i wanted to keep my natural brow shape. She disregarded my requests and told me my brows were "too thick and don't look good". Im never going back.
I found this place to be dirty and the employees did not wash their hands between clients. I also found my shellac pedicure was not overly good. I could have done better myself. They need to start washing their hands and taking the time to listen to their client and actually spend time on their client. Not worth the $35 dollars I spent.
They were very friendly while doing my mani/pedi, however, I question the sanitation and they really didn't take good care. Also, as soon as I got home 3 of my finger nail's paint peeled right off. I'd have to say that's a first. I wouldn't recommend going here. I'm not going back.
Horrific service. Told them two avoid two nails while getting the gel nails refilled and what does she do? takes them off with half of my real nails. She got upset at me for being mad with her, all the while my half ripped off nails were bleeding and caused me much pain for weeks. Its not my fault she cant follow simple directions when I tell her DO NOT TAKE OFF THESE NAILS. She made me pay. I wish I could have walked out right then and there. Karma to their business.
