I've going to tanning salons for 15 years, I recently moved to Oshawa & purchased sessions based on toal minutes at this salon. One mega 3 bed has 2 bulbs not working. One Mega 2 bed has flickering lights & produced very little results after 12 minutes of use. The stand up bed did not produce much heat ay all & produced zero results, imediately after & through the following day, zero results. They told me the bed isn't supposed to get hot. I've never used a bed that didn't get hot! The mega 3 beds are the top high pressure beds, I could easily do 20 minutes in those beds(which is the legal limit) but I've never done any more then 12 minutes in a bed due to too much heat. It could be that by not changing to new bulbs, it forces the user to take longer tans & therefore running out of minutes faster, therby causing the user to spend more money, and the business to make more money. I called the head office & talked to Crysta(or Chrystal) and she just made excuses & didn't take me seriously enough to do anything constructive about investigating. She told me that according to her computer, the bulbs are up to date. She specifically would not tell me how the records are logged by the stores or how it ends up on her computer. It's sad in this day & age the lack of professionalism at this corporation. I would not recomend this tanning salon to anyone who is seeking a quality product at a fair price. I have asked for a refund... I'll will answer that question shortly when I get an answer.
