If your skin complexion is brown or darker, DO NOT go here. Their laser does not work on that type of skintone and they trick you into you thinking that it will have a certain number of treatments. The hair comes back darker and coarser.

I originally purchased Groupon vouchers for IPL at Laser Esthetique almost 2 years ago. I was so impressed with them I have now also bought microdermabrasion vouchers among others. I must say I am quite surprised by the negative comments posted as I have had nothing but a great experience here. The staff is knowledgable and courteous and I am treated with respect. My face has never looked better - I feel and look great. Keep up the awesome job, Laser Esthetique. Thank you!

Poor management and communication!! They have no receptionist and it makes it practically impossible to get someone to answer the phone to book an appointment. When I finally got a hold of somebody, I tried to book over a week in advance and the girl said that they are all booked up! I tried calling 2 other times and left a message - I have yet to hear back from anybody! I'm so annoyed! Don't waste your money!

I've had a handful of treatments over the past year now and have seen quite the change! I've had pleasant interactions with staff, just wish the location was a little closer to home. Otherwise, very happy with the price and service of this place.

Went for a Hot Stone Massage. They had me fill in the usual forms to show what areas were bothering me. The "Massage Therapist" came in, didn't say a word to me, and described what she would do. Despite the info I put on their form to state my neck and shoulders were a problem and the fact I prefer a deep massage, she was like a limp fish. Not only that, she clearly did not know what she was doing. I could have done a better job without any certification which makes me wonder if she even had any. On top of that, she used Baby Oil. The WORST thing you can use for massage. (all it does is pill up and stain your clothes, Last, the room we were in had an air vent that sounded like a helicopter taking off. Not relaxing in the slightest. Yes I used a groupon, but I used those to "test" a business out., If they fail that, then I will never go back. This is not even worth the 45.00 I paid through Groupon.
