I was worried after reading the previous reviews the night before my appointment, but I was surprised the next day when I went in and the place was neat as a pin and the stylist I had was professional. She offered me magazines, listened closely to what I wanted, and styled my hair beautifully afterward. I had an all-inclusive coupon too, and did NOT get overcharged (you still have to pay the HST, which is correct). There were a few downsides, though-- the place was so busy that she would often leave to deal with other customers, and so the appointment took much longer than it should have. As well, I see what people meant about the hair everywhere-- as I was leaving, it was definitely messier than when I had come in. If you can, get an appointment in the morning close to when they open-- it's quieter and the place is neater. Overall, though, not a bad experience. I don't know if I'd go again, but I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out.

HORRIBLE. I'm agreeing with the comment below. This has been the biggest waste of money ever!!! This place was very dirty. The reception wasn't very friendly. I didn't get the color i wanted but two shades darker!!! and i was over charged even though I have bought an all inclusive coupon and nothing was mentioned. I DO NOT recommend anyone to go there. I asked for a trim and i didn't even get a good trim and on top of all that they didn't "blow dry" my hair. The person literally just ran the very cheap useless blow dryer on my hair which wasn't even hot on my hair! Oh and the brush they used was full of hair how disgusting is that. I had to ask the so called stylist to remove the hair before she uses it on me. I stormed out. Disgusting, not clean, not friendly, and simply horrible :)

One of the worst salons I have ever been to. The studio itself was filthy, hair was all over everything, the floor, chairs and styling tools, the waiting room had garbage on the floor, dirty dishes were strewn all over the sink area. The staff were quite pleasant to me, but were insulting other customers who had left - gave me the impression that I would be insulted after I'd left as well. My appointment took over three hours, for what should have taken an hour. I was left, sitting alone with soaking wet hair and no towel for 40 minutes, was not offered any magazines or anything to read, staff did not acknowledge me, I thought I had been forgotten about. Was the worst experience I've ever had and I certainly won't be returning. The hairstyle itself was not great, I could have gone to First Choice for half the price, the same cut and colour and more attentive staff.

I have to agree with both comments below. This "studio" is disgusting! I had to get the hair dresser to WASH THE SINK before she rinsed my hair! The place was so dirty, there was hair EVERYWHERE, and the atmosphere was loud and unsanitary. I am very displeased with the service I recieved and will NOT be returning, I will also NOT RECOMMEND this salon to ANYONE.
