My experience at this place has always been very positive. Friendly staff, professional service and great results. Place is impeccable. I am always on tight schedule but they do their best on short notice to accommodate me. Had my hair cut by various stylists and have always had great results. Recommended!

My experience with the Cut Above is completely different from a lot of the reviews posted. I LOVE going to the Cut Above...I call it my therapy. I leave feeling renewed and refreshed, holding my head high. Maria has been cutting my hair along with my husband's and 2 twentysomething year old sons for over 20 years. We have never been disappointed with the cut, colour or experience (Maria is very entertaining). Having said that, I only trust Maria with my hair...when you find someone really good why would you go anywhere else?! Note; I am a very picky person and would never settle for anything less than what I feel is the best.

I have been going to this location for over 2 years and I absolutely love it. Frank is awesome and gives me the perfect cut everytime. Not sure why other had bad experiences, but I've always had great service from the receptionist and any other staff that I communicated with.

Booked with a senior stylist. Showed him a picture of medium-long hair that was straight and choppy. I told him I only wanted the split ends cut, maximum 2 inches. He proceeded to cut about 4+ inches from my hair, and gave me razored short layers which I didnt say I wanted. He did not ask how I wanted my hair styled, or even which side I part it on. Instead of a stylish long straight style I walked out with the "Rachel" mid-90s cut. He didnt even say goodbye, just said "there you go" and walked out of the salon, presumably to go on break. Would NEVER go back here for a cut. If this is what you get with top talent I'm terrified of what the regular stylists would do.

bad service, rude people. went for highligts and lowlights, they turned ok but the haidresser made me feel so bad about my hair. too many unpolite commentsy about how bAd I wrecked my hair. Felt rushed, brushed off and treated as a sack of potatoes, especially by the girl that washed my har. She pulled my hair and scratched my scalp so hard, without any consideration and fear I might get upset by it that I had such a bad headache I refused the blowdry I paid for. I also resented they way the hairdresser was waiting for the tip. No class whatsoever, a lot of disregard for clients. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. TOTALLY HATED THE EXPERIENCE. DONT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HUMILIATED ON YOUR MONEY.
