I am very disappointed in Palm Beach Mega Tan in Trenton. My husband and I went there for the first time last year for the 3 for 3. I had just moved to the area last August and my friend had recommended that this is the tanning salon to use. We both used the 3 for 3 last year and our plans to go away fell through. Now this year we both went back and I was told that because my friend had recommended for us to use Palm Beach that she would get 20 minutes free, when I asked the girl on the desk about it she said that because my friend wasn't with me that day that she wouldn't be able to collect the free minutes. My husband and I both went back in the next day and my husband purchased 55 mins and I asked the girl on the desk if I would be getting the 20 mins free for recommending my husband sign and she said no because we did the 3 for 3. We have been given some pretty flimsy excuses but this takes the cake. I was also never told that every time I use the stand up that I was charged double mins. or that the bed that is in number 1 is also double mins. I feel like I have been completely ripped off and I will not be returning. My husband has 18 mins left and he also will not be returning. 1 last complaint I have is that no one explained how to turn the music up in the tanning beds either until I finally had to ask today. Very disappointed customer and will not be returning
