Terrible experiences. I go here because I live close by, however, the woman who usually does my nails makes me file them myself, because she can't achieve a pointed shape, and she is very slow, I'm in there for two hours for a fill! The last time I went in there I had to go to the owner, who doesn't do a very good job. The day after I got my fill 3 nails broke. I was traveling and performing shows in the US so I was stuck with broken nails for my performance. When I went back she agreed to fix them for free. She proceeded to grind off a very small portion on the tips of the broken nails, then went to glue the fake tip on. Since she didn't grind enough of the old acrylic off, the nail tip was pointing down, and didn't match the others. WHen I brought this to her attention she said "if you want me to do it right I will have to charge you $10". I thought this was an extremely bad way to treat a client, but I was stuck and agreed. At the end of it, she refused to paint my nails. Her daughter who works there said they usually always paint nails and that she was sorry. The next day after I got my nails fixed, TWO more broke, at the skin as well and they are very sore and bleeding. I would never ever go back here. Horrible experiences.
