I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!! I attended here and there were 2 stylists in the salon. I walked to the counter and was not really acknowledged at all --I said I was here for my appointment and went and sat down. The one girl was having a personal discussion with the other one about her problem. Anyway, I sat down and waited and then the girl doing my hair called me back. We picked colour and she said she was going to mix it--but was gone nearly 10 minutes before she actually started to mix it. AND I know it does not take 10 min to mix colour!!! What was she doing? Well the other girl went to the back and I could hear them talking --again about this problem the one was having. SO finally she comes back and starts my hair. I have long hair, she did not use foils and there was mess all over my neck and head. SLOPPY!! So while she's doing my hair the girl with the problem comes up and is playing a game on her phone--she gets hung up on the game and asks the girl doing my hair for help!!!!! Can you believe this? So the girl stops doing my hair and helps her!!! WHAT THE HELL!!!! This is by far theeeeeeee WORST experience I have ever had and the poorest customer service. She did a good job on my hair but I had to go home right after and wash all the dye off my neck and face!! Very disappointed in the quality of customer service!!!!
