I was purchasing everything i need to do a perm at home and thought i would go to sallys and get what i needed and to check out your products since i had never been there before. I thought it was a great idea to have a store like that for the public since i let my hairdressing licence expire years ago. I have done many many many perms in my lifetime. I found everything i needed, including the perm i chose. I went to pay and the lady would not sell me the perm saying i didnt have a licence. i told her i used to be in the business and have done many perms but she was very snotty and rude about it. I left without buying any of the many other beauty products i had planned on getting. So needless to say, i will never go back to your store. I will just continue to get what i need from a wholesalers instead of trying to support your company. As well i will be telling my many friends to not bother shopping at your stores either.
