I had a bunch of OK, not bad haircuts here. The last time I was in, like usual I stated that I didn't want to be in their computer system when they asked for my name and phone number at the front desk. Usually this was just fine but the woman that day was so very rude about it and went on an on with continued pressure for it, an angry tone of voice, reasons why they "need" to have it. I just wanted to leave and was going to but then she said that someone else would take me. OK, I decided I wouldn't leave and just get the haircut. Passive-aggressiveness ensued in subtle ways like by taking my bag left in a spot that I was told it was OK to leave it at and putting it close enough to the chair that it was coated with small clipped hairs from the clippers by the end of the cut. I couldn't get ahold of any manager's at the store to talk to them about the excessively rude service and leaving messages with people at their regional office went ignored. One thing is for sure I'll never go here again for a haircut, even if it is conveniently close.
