Told the girl categorically I DID NOT want yellow hair. Left me with mega yellow hair and then charged me £50 for the trouble. Wanted a nice fresh cut too and she just dry cut it and left the majority of my hair still old and frazzled from bleach. So annoyed I even went there. The actual place is filthy, didnt even offer me a tea even though I would not have had one in that filthy place. - AVOID
