I picked this company as the price was cheap and the website looked professional, turned up to my first session and paid for 8 sessions upfront, the place was absolutely tiny and really messy and unprofessional, couldnt believe my eyes, my 2nd session was cancelled, the 3rd one i turned up 5 minutes late due to traffic and the shutters were closed (even though it was still within opening hours), the 4th one i got there and the sign above the had changed to AHMEDS BARBERS!!!! i hadnt been informed, i was fuming and couldnt get through to any of the phone numbers i had been given so i sent an email complaining and asking for a refund, and they refused it and said all of the customers had been informed of the move and of the new address (definitely hadnt) and that they cannot refund me but will happily complete the rest of my sessions at the new location... yet didnt even tell me where they had moved to and continued not to answer the phones. FUMING. biggest con of my life.
This place is run by a lady who is not good at managing this business to say the least. If you select this place because its cheap, you're going to recieve the service you paid for. Chances are you wont even be taking full sitting as you paid for. I've been trying to get hold of the right number to book an appointment for the last 3 months. Honestly it has been over a year and I havent had 15 sittings. She has moved clinic location thrice in that year, changed phone numbers several times. Its impossible to get hold of her and she keep cancelling appointments.
