I've used too funky with various stylists for the past few years and have always been satisfied with their hair cuts. Sometimes have to wait a bit longer than I'd like (even when booked an appointment) but overall the staff are friendly and service has been decent
The staff are rude and change the prices that they charge. I didn't want a blow dry after my colour was done but they said they couldn't treat me if i didn't pay £22 for a blow dry. This was despite the fact that i had not paid for this service the last three times i had been in. Suddenly they couldn't colour my hair without them blow drying it afterwards. When i questioned them why this was they put the phone down after telling me to go elsewhere.
Im discussed by the immaturity of the staff and the way they treat people DO NOT GO THERE there is no loyalty to the customers. very disappointed.
