I visited Junerain on Saturday with my mum and aunt. We had an absolutely lovely afternoon. The staff were very friendly and carried out the treatments to a high standard (we has facials, massages and Shellac treatments) As it was a wet and wintery afternoon it was a lovely relief to find the rooms warm and cosy, lit by candles and with relaxing and soothing music playing. The value for money is excellent and I would definitely recommend Junerain. I will be back again very soon!

I recently visited Junerain for pamper package as birthday gift. The staff was wonderful and so welcoming. The staff had complete knowledge of each treatment I was booked for and I was explained about it. The treatment room was lighted with scented candles and music played was very relaxing. Loved every minute and have already booked my return appointment. Would definitely recommend Junerain to my friends.

I visited Junerain Spa in February this year. I was very happy with the treatments and the professional approach of the staff. The treatment room was well done to give total relaxation. I recommended Junerain to all my friends and they also thoroughly enjoyed it !!!

I recently visited JuneRain with my friend as part of a pamper day for her birthday. We both had a back massage, facial, Indian head massage and a lovely manicure to finish. I can whole heartedly say that the experience was top class with every care and consideration taken to our needs. We certainly got value for money from the package and I left feeling relaxed and calm just as I'd hoped. If you've read the other reviews please don't let them put you off. My friend has been many times and thoroughly recommends JuneRain as do I now. If I had gone on the reviews alone I would have not bothered they are so scathing but I found it to be just the opposite. Every thing was spotless and the staff did their very best to accommodate us and make us comfortable from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. It is a smallish concern tucked in the heart of L'spa so don't expect it to be like your normal commercial country spa retreat. It is much nice, friendlier, more personal, whilst still giving the top level of professional treatments you would expect. We have booked to go back in May and I'm sure I for one will be returning frequently.

Groupon deal. I want to give feedback on this treatment. The room where the treatment took place smelt really badly of rancid oil, as did the couch that I lay on. The carpet was absolutely filthy with oil stains all over it, and not vacumed and there was nowhere to put my cloths. The treatment itself, was pleasant, but as a therapist myself, and having given and received 100's of treatments, would say, I was stroked not massaged, and the young woman needed more training. She was a nice girl though. The worst and most dangerous part was; when my treatment was over i was left feeling light headed and alone on a very narrow couch. When I tried to get up, the couch was wobbly and I nearly ended up on the floor. The therapist should never have left me without helping to sit up, or the couch should have been screwed to the floor. If I was less able I could have had an accident. I do not blame the girl who treated me. She did her best, but it was very unsatisfactory. Yours sincerely Liz Masterson
