I've been here twice, on both occasions for a manicure and pedicure with a friend, each visit has been very pleasurable the staff are chatty and funny and speak perfect English. The results were beautiful nails for both myself and my friend at both visits. The salon is beautifully clean, tidy and well equipped the back massage chair in the pedicure station is a welcome extra, I felt thoroughly pampered....Lovely!

I LOVE this salon! I used to go into Woking before at the peacock center. But once this place opened, no more Woking for me! The staff speaks English. I always get offered a cup of tea and some laughter! The salon is clean and not filthy like the others. I feel like I can breathe when i come to get my nails done! I've been here 4 times since they've opened and I haven't had a bad experience, I too also get my acrylics done and not one has broke since I've been getting it done here. Thumbs up guys!

I associate having your nails done with being a relaxing experience.....If you feel the same, DON'T go to this place! I went there for the first time about 5 weeks ago, being a new salon in area i thought i'd try them out. was an awful painful experience. Thought i'd give them a second chance so went back last week....Now I wish I hadn't bothered! I've been having acrylics done for 11 years now, and never have i been treated so badly. My nails were battered, bruised and bleeding by the time i left this 'salon'. She used the metal electric file on my natural nails (should only be used on acrylic!), she then cut 3 of my fingers causing bleeding and her response was 'oops sorry'. My nails were so bruised and sore dure to over filing and over buffing. She wasnt even looking at what she was doing, was too busy nosing around the salon at everyone else. My nails burnt for hours afterwards as she had filed too far down onto my natural nail, could literally of cried it caused so much pain. For it to happen once, i could see it as an accident but for me to go back a second time and have the same tourturing experience again is a complete joke. I will NEVER go back and NEVER recommend this butchers of a salon. Needless to say I doubt they will be in business very long if they do this to all their customers.
