I hve been a regular visitor to d Cuttack outlet. It is nt a Professional saloon at all and they do not have any hair designers, only street side cutters. They dont understand style, design n quality. They only talk big and deliver zero. It is just that they are enojying the sort of monopolistic position but they dont carry quality at all. had my 1st worst haircut..i told them to cut my hair that will go wid my texture but its a complete mess.i hate it and the most horrible part is that they cut it so short i can't even tie my hair to hide it
