After being a client at this salon for more than 3 years I have now become a very disgruntled customer and today was definitely my last visit to sjenkels en sjenkels. It took 2 hours for me to just get in the chair for the hair-dresser to start cutting. I know the color process can take up to an hour but I just wasted another hour sitting there. With 5 mins left on the colour clock, I could see that my hairdresser was just starting to deal with a new customer. I knew at that point that it was going to be another long wait. I feel they just over-book and make customers sit and wait. They drag out the colour process so they can cram in more appointments. Apprentices do the colour treatment and although I am supportive of helping them develop their skills, they are slow and not always very good (stains down your face and across your forehead). Since my favorite hairdresser Fieke left, I have found the service and professionalism to be below average. I won't be going back so now the search begins for a new hairdresser.
Ik vond het een leuke salon. Dennis - de kapper - was heel vriendelijk en heeft een kapsel gemaakt precies zoals op een foto die ik meegenomen had. Ik ben erg tevreden met het resultaat.
