The salon is "ok"... Nothing great, nothing bad. The service is great if you are african-american, but they do not seem to care about typical white folks. Some of the ladies are nice and some of them are just plain rude.. Go at your own risk.. There are many other better salons in Troy, but if money is an issue then Smart Style is the place for you!
