This shop was very unprofessional. They claim to work with natural hair but try to suggest you to get a relaxer! i had an appt for 1:30 and when I got there, the stylist who was supposed to do my hair left to go to the store, with half of her hair done!! Dont waste your time or money ladies

Do they do guy dreads? I need mines retwisted and wash. They CAN'T Count bring exact change.

this place was horrible. i had an appointment for 0830 which was made on the phone. i was told for tree braids i would have to pay $150. i had to wait until 1000 just for the lady that was schedule to do my hair to show up. Then when she asked me what color hair i wanted i told her i would be using my own hair that i purchased (the hair she wanted to use was of very bad quality and was not human). i showed her my hair and she told me that she would have to charge me an extra $20 because i wanted to use my own hair and it was curly and curly hair is harder to braid (i thought this was ridiculous if anything i should have to pay less for using my own hair) then i told her i wanted my to small and neat with a small row of micros in the back (this is not my first time getting this hair style and the stylist has always put micros in the back because thats how its suppose to be done to avoid breakage) and was told that i would be taking up more of her time so she would need to charge me a extra $20 so she then proceeds to tell me that my total would now be $220---- $150 plus a extra $40 is $190 not $220 the lady then wanted to argue with me and tell me that i was wrong and that she did not want to do my hair and that i would have to wait for someone else to come in and do my hair the next lady comes 45 mins later when i try to explain to her what i wanted the first lady cuts me off to talk to her in french so i can not understand (only thing was i could understand very well) the new lady tries to tell me $220 and i had to argue with her for her to realized they were adding the price up wrong (i know that both the stylist knew they were over charging but they were trying to get over on me) i then have to wait 30 mins for the lady to even start my hair because she would rather text and talk on the phone then when she starts she tell me i need to hand her the hair when she needs itt. if i wanted to do my own hair i wouldnt be paying her $190 i would be at home in my bathroom. so half way through she wanted to take a break to go to the store and asks me to pay her now so she could pay for her items at the store this is craziness she doesnt return from the store for over a hour and a half and when she finally does finish my hair i notice my hair is not a full as it usually is other times i have gotten this style and ask her for the hair that was left over (which is a whole unopened pack) and she has to dig all through her stuff with an attitude because she was trying to steal my 3rd pack of hair
