I havent been here, but I had the full intention of going... until I just got off the phone with a lack luster employee... to put it lightly. She said she just started... which is perfectly understandable that she wouldnt know much about the tanning services you offer. But, she was flat on the phone, and sounded completely uninrested in even TRYING to help me. She basically laughed at me for asking questions about the tanning beds and said "I don't know their names.." YOU CAN WALK OVER AND LOOK! A simple "I'm really sorry, but as I just started, I don't know a lot about the tanning. Would you mind coming into the salon, or calling back tomorrow?"would have been just fine. Also, she said she was alone. It is a little shocking to me the owners of this establishment feel comfortable leaving a "brand new" employee completely by herself, without even educating her even slightly on the tanning equipment.. or even confirming she has the ability to being personnable on the phone. I'm all about supporting local business, but if the customer service is as bad as the first impression she gave me.. I'll stick to traveling to Tucson for my tanning needs.
