this location is by far the shittiest of the V's locations. All the barbers here are rude and do not pay attention to what you are asking them to do. You walk in and your acknowledged with a mean glaring look like they dont want your business. Asked for a low fade and a trim... i ended up with an uneven crew cut. There is one barber who knows what hes doing, but of course hes always booked solid. All the other old timers should retire their gown. For these guys working on tips they sure do act like they dont give a shit.

Alex is a great Barber. I am just tired of making an appointment and still having to wait 10, 15 and 30 minutes. I walked out of my last visit. I did not want to wait again. I will tolerate rude staff if the product is good. Aside from Alex, I find the staff at this location quite rude. I was not greeted when I walked in. One of the other Barbers looked at me and I said that I had an appointment with Alex. Not a single another word from anyone. Three Barbers sitting around playing on their phones, while I sat. I am not even sure any of them noticed me walking out. I should mention, they were sitting right next to me. I won't be back to this location.

I agree with other posted reviews. Alex is a terrific barber and the only reason I attend this establishment. Prepare to wait an additional 15 minutes minimum, even with an appointment. Many other staff members are rude (exception is the female employee) and will barely acknowledge you.

Just got "works" at this v's. A Works is suppose to be a haircut, shampoo, and shave. The barbers here can't even perform what they're suppose to, I didn't get a shampoo!
