Nancy Mac - April 08, 2013

I went in for a hair cut and they did a great job. Then I decided to get a light shade of brown and some highlights. The manager did this. I came home with a horrible shade of light orange! I tried to live with it for a few weeks. But then I talked to a lot of ladies who said I should go back and talk to the colorist. So I went back and explained my concerns. The first thing out of her mouth was, "well you are not getting your money back!" I had not even thought about getting my money back, not did I say it. Then we talked more about "fixing" it and she said she could do it but that she would have to charge me full price. Again nothing about wanting to make it right, nothing about wanting to keep me as a customer. I have only complained once in my life (I am 58) about a bad hair cut and am a pretty easy going person. I told her I would never come back and that she lost my business. Don't go to the is place and use Nadine. She needs some courses in people skills.
