The first time I went I loved it. great cut, style and highlights. Paid $160 including tip. Second time they called to remind me about my root touchup appt. So I went to just get my roots done walked out still seeing my roots. And payed $110. Really! For a root f***up. No thanks. I will got back to dyeing my hair at home.

I took my daughter here for a special Mom/Daughter b-day weekend. We both had the WORST haircut experiences EVER! DO NOT...I repeat DO NOT get salon services here! Both me and my daughter came in with 3 pictures of examples of what we wanted. When I asked for a trim and to shape up my layers I came out with 6 in off the bottom and chopy uneven layers (I look like a mushroom head). I can't even have it fixed because there's hardly any hair left to work with. I will be wearing it in a pony tail or a bun until it grows enough to have it fixed. My daughter who has very thick naturally curly hair, we asked for layers and some of the weight to be taken out of it, as well as some side swept bangs. She barely got a trim, and a one cut bang job! I had to take her somewhere after to have it fixed as well! The salon manager was the one who cut my daughters hair (Erika) she was RUDE and 45 minutes late! Rebecca was the one who cut my hair and TOTALLY butchered it. Neither of these women should have licences! I could have got a better cut at Super Cuts or at a beauty college! We both left almost in tears! AGAIN PEOPLE.....BEWARE!!!!!! DO NOT GET SALON SERVICES AT ULTA in Brentwood!!!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. No Kleenexes in entire store to wipe off makeup testing, no trashcans, out of stock in popular colors, unhelpful service. When I asked the cashier for a Kleenex, he told me they were out and I quote "I have some really rough papertowels." When I told another salesperson the tester for a hairspray was empty, she took it and when I asked her to open a new tester she refused. Wow. Absolutely awful store. If u have a choice, Sephora is 1000% better.
