Rita, had the thought crossed your mind that the champagne was brought by those three guests, and the owner gave you some out of pity? This place is delightful. The ladies are all so nice, and Lynn does the best nails in Camarillo. My fills are fast and they look good. There's this girl, Emily, she does the most beautiful designs on my toes! And she gives one hell of a pedicure.

SOO DISAPPOINTED!!!! Normally I have great experiences here (though I usually only get a pedicure) There is one girl in particular that I should stick to but the last two times I've gone I have just gone to whoever was available. Today, I went and got a full set...this was the most horrible set I've ever gotten. Not only was I cut several times (the one on my thumb is pretty bad); but they're already lifting. I showed the girl when she was done and she was trying to say that's how its suppsed to be (I mean there is a huge gap between the nail tip that was glued on from my regular nail). By the time I got home, which was about an hr after I left, they're already lifting really bad. I called them right away and they said I would have to go back to the same girl. Now why would I want to go back to someone who has already hurt me let alone did very poor job to begin with...to top it off she charged me an outrageous price which was not what she originally said. I had brought my daughter to get her toes and hands done. I had decided after my experience that she should just do her toes and I would do her nails at home. She was fine with that. When I was paying and she was finishing my daughter she decided to paint my daughter's nails anyways and charged me $27 for both. I told her she was only supposed to do her toes and they would not budge on the price. Talk about jacking up the price and charging u for something u didn't ask for...ugh! I wanted to cry after this experience.

I am a very particular person being a licensed beauty professional myself. I've had a fairly positive impression of this nail salon compared to many others. From what I can tell, their spa chairs are cleaned after each use and cleaned properly. Some of their products are above average and the service can be good... but its all by chance. I've been seeing a particular nail lady named Linda and I've been extremely pleased with her service. She does a great job. As for the others in the salon, I couldn't tell you because I've never had anyone else touch me. Good Luck!!

I would say to whoever is going or thinking of going to this place: don't ever think of it. I had an appoinent last night at 7:45 to do a meni and pedi. I walk in and the lady that helped me was extremely rude and negligent. The do the worse pedicure, and the worse French menicure ever!!!! My French menicure lines were uneven and they looked very ugly. At the end of it, the owner comes and opens a bottle of champaign and handed all 3 customers other than myself that were there a champaign glass. Then 5 minutes later he comes to me with a plastic cup in his hand and asks me if I wanted any!!!!! How rude seriously! I spent $60 and I couldve made the same thing myself at home!

I went with a group of 5 and like an earlier reviewer, I got the guy with the blonde highlights and glasses. I was done 15 minutes before everyone I came with. It was horrible. My toenails were totally uneven. (One big toenail was straight, the other curved and rounded!) Most of my toes were only about 85% painted (you can see my naked nail on either side, basically they have thick racing stripes), and I didn't get the hot towel like I was supposed to! Needless to say, I will NOT be going back here. What a ridiculous price for a crap pedicure.
