The waxing service was absolutely unprofessional - the lady used not hot wax and a wooden stick, but paper stripes, like those that are intended for use on legs/arms. The procedure was not delicate at all, which made me think that either the lady didn't like me or she was in a hurry. Poor quality was not even compensated by friendliness - her courtesy was of this "fake" type. When I shared this experience with a friend, I was surprised to hear that she had the same impressions about her waxing experience at this place. I wouldn't recommend this place for waxing... and probably for the nail service either, since the attitude to the customer is not appropriate.
