Our experience was extremely disheartening with this establishment. This has been our second visit to Great Cuts, and the first visit was very satisfying. My first visit resulted in a trim for my two young daughters at the child's price. The stylist sprayed the girls' hair with water, trimmed the ends, and the total price was $28.00 (which did not include the tip). That was VERY reasonable. This first visit took place less than two months ago, so we expected the same outcome this time around. However, that was a FAR cry from what occurred. Both of my daughters had their hair sprayed (with water only), and then they were given a small trim. The total amount was over $50.00!!!! The stylists explained that because their hair was longer, they had to charge an adult price. ???? Isn't a trim a trim regardless of hair length??? They didn't have their hair washed, and the session took a few minutes to slightly trim ONLY the back of their hair. I explained that less than two months ago they had a trim that resulted in a $28.00 payment, and the stylist said, "I'm sorry about the mix-up." What???!!! It clearly states that it's $14.00 for a child's haircut on the board. She insisted that long hair is more. It's $22.00 more??? I will NEVER visit this facility again, nor will I recommend it to friends, family members, or colleagues. I was highly dissatisfied with our experience, and I feel as though I've been totally taken advantage of today. :-(

I’ve been going to this place for years. Best haircuts ever. They hire only experienced stylists. The place is very, very clean.

Very rude Mexican girl that works their should be fired she can't style worth a shit I just can't believe she even got hired their!!!! I hope the boss can fix this soon!!!
