I made an appointment to have my hair styled for graduation, called to confirm my appt a few days before but the day of my appt- I was told, that my there was a miscommunication and no one to do my hair. the owners daughter was extremely professional and nice esp. since I was getting frustrated. they found a diff employee to come in and style my hair. she was nice at first, but than grilled me and made it seem as if I had lied about the whole situation and had even suggested that maybe I was thinking of the wrong salon. Definetly will not go back. if you have a special event, MAKE SURE YOU CONFIRM YOUR APPT multiple times so you dont have to go through the frustration I did on such an important day!!

Hair stylist - Cinamon has be cutting my hair for over 4 years. She moved to this salon in 2013 although I was hesitant to visit the "new" place it was a great experience and I love! Not only is Cinamon a top notch stylist but so is Bello Capelli.

Gorgeous salon on the inside. Too bad the style of the salon didn’t match Jackie’s cutting abilities. First off, it felt like a dead fish washed my hair. If you can call it that, considering by hair, I mean the top half of my head starting about 6 inches from my scalp. So basically my ends got washed. I didn’t get a massage or anything. Then she takes me back to her chair, where she proceeds to take 20 minutes cutting one inch off the bottom of my hair. She drops the comb, picks it up and starts using it again!!! EEEW get a new comb!! Then she “blow drys” it, and by that I mean she pulled my hair and burnt my head, and I didn’t even get any blow drying products put in. Then she cuts my layers dry, doesn’t cross check what she did, begins flat ironing my hair with a cold flat iron and lets me leave with the left side three inches longer than the right and a groovy 1970’s wing flip going on in my bangs. I looked better walking in after a long day of work, having cut my hair myself, then I did when I left. Do not let this woman touch your head with a ten foot pole.

I just moved to riverside from oc and was in need of a drastic change. Im so picky when it comes to getting my hair cut. Thats probally why I never cut my hair. But I made the decision to chop off my very long thick hair. Im so glad I had the opportunity to have Amber cut my hair! She did an excellent job! She listened and really understood the look I wanted! I couldnt be happier! Thanks Amber! Im definetly going back everyone was so friendly!
