I had a bad encounter with the person who cut my son hair. He did not know how to cut his hair. He had a buddy sitting right next to my son chatting. In words, taking pictures or pretending to do so. Did not know how to cut anyone hair? The owner was not too understanding of the situation. This happen about a month ago. I called today to ask for the owner Letty.The person who answer the phone was the one who cut my son hair. He was so rude and mad about the situation that I called that day.I advised him all I said, you were the one who cut my son hair. He got so nasty and very unprofessional about the situation. I asked him to transfer the call to the owner. He said no, she is busy. And you don't know who I am wait until you know me. I felt threated by this guy. I will never come here again. Worst place ever.
