I got a simple color - one color all over - and a trim to get the dead ends off. Nothing else. I was charged $120 for this. The dye they use is so low quality, it looks like box color. It also left my hair very dry and brittle, more than color ever has before. They stylist took almost 3 hours to do this, which was ridiculous. Worst of all, when I got home and my hair dried, the cut was 2 whole inches uneven! Yes, I measured. The left side was 2 inches longer than the right. The cut looked so bad, even my boyfriend (who is normally oblivious to anything I do with my hair) commented on it! I was so upset. But, I sent the salon a very nice email asking if the owner could please just even out the cut for me. They never emailed me back. I wouldn't have gotten this done to my hair if it was free. It astounds me that they won't just fix the cut for me, and don't even have the decency to respond to their clients' communication.
It was absolutely wonderful going to Textures salon! The staff were all very sociable and friendly, and you get to read fun little magazines while you're waiting for your hair to condition and dry. My hair turned out amazingly once it was all done. I will definitely be returning to this place once I need another cut!
