Supercuts

I go here on a random basis and usually don't have a problem with my shampoo and hair cuts. It's only $14.99 plus tax and a tip. I think that is a good deal but my dad would disagree. Only once did I get a lousy hair cut. I had my glasses off but I could still feel something wasn't right. I should have spoken up right away but I didn't. The same day or the next day I went back and explained that I was unhappy with my hair cut. They apologized and a different lady fixed what was wrong. They did not charge me for the fix. I told her she should train the other woman and she did. Now I don't have a problem with anybody there. My dad prefers to get his haircuts at Home Shopping World, which shares the same parking lot as IB Plaza on the corner of 8th and Western in Koreatown. This Korean lady only charges $8 for a haircut. She gets a lot of volume business that way. I've been to her salon once and was pleasantly surprised by the interior. Her shop is on the 2nd floor. There is a Korean sign with a big "$8" on it right in front of the entrance. However, my dad thinks she is too expensive because there are a few other Korean stylists that only charge $7 per haircut. My friend, Naomi, got her hair cut there this month and it was very nice.
The ladies do a great job with cuttubg hair abd its akways busy especially in the evening or on a weekend. Not the fanciest looking salon for a chain of name salon but their work stand out. Akways very courteous too. The older lady does better with male hair than ladies but the other girls have always done a superb job with my hair....and Im picky needless to say!!!
