Im shocked to hear all this bad reviews cuz I been going there for a while and I havent had any problems...but then again I only go to one hair stylist(Maria Elena)...she does a good job and im very picky with ma hair like most girls are. So I cant speak for all just for MY hair stylist thats why I rate it very good and not excellent.

I went to take my son,dauthter and myself..my son is two and I asked to keep the blond and lenghth on top...she buthchered his hair w a choppy buzz cut...myy daughter and I wanted layers and didn't blend the layers..leaving a choppy messy look..I can't wait to get it redone,because I have straight long hair w choppy layers,and people comment on how choppy it is a lot..do the women even have their greencard..no one spoke english good..but acted like they knew what I was telling them...I will tell everyone I know about this place..and I work for kaiser.

Feb, 22/ 2009 WHAT A NIGHT-MARE I went in for a touch up on my blonde hair and came out with dark ash and phisically attacked by LUPE. I had been there once before, when my stylist was on vacation. The problem was/is some of their stylist do not speak english,but pretend too. I was assigned to one on this particlur day. I did not know that at the time. After the color was applied I complained on the phone to the owner, who said because of the over processing on my hair that day, that I would need to return later andI could have my hair color corrected,at NO CHARGE!. I was not happy with that but..was not given a choice. Two day later I called for an appointment and retuned for color correction. Upon entering the salon I confirmed with the young receptionist behind the counter that she remenbered me and that there was NO CHARGE, for the service, she said "that is correct". She asked if I wanted the "same stylist:", I said NO! Another stylist took over( Lupe) she proceded to stip my hair of the ash color. During this time,Inoticed a buzz going on between the stylist. who where speaking in spanish and laughing. I do not speak spanish. Lupe applied a color. I left the salon, with a strawberry blonde color which was not pertty or professional but was it was blonde. she knew I did not like the color. I left without leaving a tip, which I don't normally do. As I was leaving I spoke to the receptionist,and said, well at least its blonde. I drove a distance, and remenbered I had left my jacket at the salon. I turned around and went back into the salon, I could see Lupe toward the back sitting with other stylist around a break table, I acknoledged her with a head nodd picked up my jacket and was about to walk out, when Lupe came up behind me, saying "you did not pay for your hair color, you need to pay" I was to say the least shocked by her comment. I replied, I was told by the owner, that there was no charge. Lupe, became very angry, like a wild woman. "NO! NO! you have to pay for the color " she said, I told her I was not going to pay a penny,and she could call the police if she wanted, she said she was but.. did not. . I knew the salon had all my personal information on a customer file history card,to include my address and phone number. I began to walk out.Lupe, got in front of me and began pushing, pulling on my jacket, hitting me with the phone in her hand,trying to shove me back inside the salon. I continued to push againsit her and walked towards my car, she continued to push and yelled profanties and hitting me. She grab my car key from my hand, cutting and bruising my hand and arm. She dropped my keys and I was able to get them from her, i quickly hit the door locks to open my car she struggled with me, trying to prevent me from getting inside of my car,she stood in front of my car door, to prevent me from getting in, someow I was able to get one half of my body inside of the car and start the engine, she pushed the car door against my body, as I was half inside of my car. She then got inside my car door area and continue to pound on me. I began to back up and told her that she needed to move, or she was going to get hurt. she slowly began to move her body from inside my car. Lupe, struck my car mirrow so hard I thought she had broken it, she had to have hurt her hand. I drove to the Fontana Poliice Department and made a report. Police went to talk to her,but the shop was closed. They are going to return. I'm 72 years old and Lupe, is in her 40's

2009 DON"T EVEN CONSIDER THIS SALON FOR YOUR WORST ENEMY. THEY SCREWED UP ON MY COLOR WHICH I PAID FOR. THEY TOLD ME TO COME BACK FOR A CORRECTION AT NO CHARGE. I DID!. THEY RE- DID MY HAIR COLOR AND THEN WANTED TO BE PAID, .I REFUSED, I WAS ATACKED BY LUPE PHISICALLY FOR PAYMENT, WHICH I REFUSED. I MADE A POLICE REPORT.
