[Writing this for my dad.] Made my first appointment here via an online service. Barber shop staff failed to follow through on their end, so they thought I was a walk in. This despite checking in upon arrival and stating that I had an appointment! Waited about 45 minutes because all the barbers were busy. But I liked the barber (Mike), and he did a good job, so I thought I'd give them another chance. Made my next appointment on the phone. Arrived at 10:20 for my 10:30 appointment. Mike was on vacation, so I was supposed to see Alex. Alex had a very small, maybe 5-year-old boy in his chair. The boy had a nice, neat, very short haircut so he appeared to be about done. Alex worked on that child for another HOUR oblivious to everything else! And the other two barbers on duty were busy. I am never going back there. I know these barbers get great reviews on Yelp, but it doesn't matter if they do not honor their appointments and respect their customers!
