This place was not bad but I wouldn't say it was the greatest. They did a good job on my nails but they just seemed rude. Service wasn't good, they do whatever they want to try to charge you for anything. It was clean and I did like my nails, I guess I just mostly had a problem with there service. I don't think I will be back.
My nails came out okay! But it's not like I loved it and came out how I was expecting. I went in saying what I wanted and they didn't even understand me. I asked for an overlay. They didn't know what that was. And my pedicure was crappy! The lady that was doing my nails was making fun of this lady that was across from. The lady had her eyes close so she couldn't tell but I was looking at them all along and all they did was laugh at the lady! That is not nice! And when she left they were all looking at me back and forth and pointing at me. But since I don't understand what they say I can't be postive! :/ I really don't like their service! They are not nice! And they try to charge you for every little thing! They charge you and you pay, but then after they want to keep charging you. It is the closest place for me that I don't know where to get my nails done next!
We have had GREAT experiences at the Happy Nails in Irvine on Campus Dr. They have excedllent prices and do a really nice job. The staff was very friendly and very accomodating. They will take appointments if you call ahead, which is helpful if you're short on time.
