If there were 0 stars it would be too high a rating. I had a gift certificate. Halfway through both my manicure and pedicure, one of the women showed me a 'menu' and asked me to pick which service I wanted. (During the entire procedure, one of them, the manicurist kept saying things like 'so we'll see you in 2 weeks' . I relplied negatively, so she said 3 weeks.) Since they'd already done most of one selection, I chose it - a $50 package. At the end, they gave me a bill for $65!!!!!! Not only do they suck - it's been 3 weeks and my nails are breaking, they are unprofessional, slick and dishonest. I will never return nor will I suggest it to anyone else. There are others that are not only more professional and honest, but use a better quality product. THEY SUCK!

Have been to several nail salons, and this is by far the best. Tammy is terrific at her job, and so friendly and calm.

Hi, I looked up the phone number online and saw the negative reviews... oh please! Some people can never be satisfied. To clarify, this place is top notch... new, clean, odor free, and with wonderful girls! I'm a BIG fan of Kim, she is delightful ... pedicure, manicure, and shoulder-neck massage... wow! She will make you look and feel like a million bucks! Highly recommended!

I dont live in lake forest, i live in long beach but for the past three years of college i have been trying to find a reasonably price good quality salon. I went here on a whim and im glad i did. They pay attention to detail like nailpolish on the cuticle(hate that). Though like most salons you kind feel like they are talking crap about you in chinese. But overalll great work, great price. Definitely would recommend
