I have paid other spas who have claimed they could and would correct pseudofolliculitis (Ingrown hairs and bumps on chin and neck). they claimed they could treat dark skin but 10 treatments later and I still had bumps and hair. no improvement. I am glad I found Isis. They have the expert providers for dark skin, and the laser ISIS used worked a miracle. My skin looks smooth now like im in my thirties. OH i forgot to tell you im 54! Recommended! I was a little nervous about laser hair removal for a small part of my back that my wife suggested I treat, and the nurse explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. I also had a consultation with the doctor a few weeks before I came in. (Not every spa has a doctor on staff, I have learned. Look out for spas like that...) Anyway, to me, Isis was just what I expected from a medical establishment. Everyone was professional, I didn't feel any hard-sell tactics, and I could ask as many questions as I wanted. I got a lot of information to take home, too, about pre and post care. The building and interior are attractive and relaxing. My wife loves it...

My skin looks way better since I've been coming to isis. I wanted to deal with wrinkles and old acne scars. I just like the way they are professional and direct but they also give you different options. At first they said I should do some creams and then a peel but I was nervous for the peel. So I did the creams and they started to really help. Then I did a laser Genysis and it really really helped! Then I decided to go ahead and just try the peel and I love the results! There was nothing to be scared of. The combination of everything is working wonders. Everyone is friendly and the place is beautiful and I feel very relaxed there. People are telling me how great my skin looks and I am very happy!

I've had several services here (Vela Shape, Vi peels, facials and laser hair removal with many different provider, all of whom are really kind and professional. The front desk staff are so polite and really organized. The facility is beautiful and really clean- I got some waxing done here as well and the esthetician did a really great job with both soft and hard wax. I also noticed that while we were talking, she never even came close to double dipping the wax stick! Much appreciated! My skin and body have absolutely TRANSFORMED here! My acne is completely under control thanks to peels and fantastic products, by body is looking great thanks to Vela, and I'm excited to be on my way to being body-hair free, wooo hooo! And I can't forget about their facials!! Customized just to my skin conditions with fantastic, great smelling products.

You will feel the that the atmosphere is pleasant and everyone is kind and friendly.   I just looked at some of the non-filtered reviews on Yelp and am surprised at some of them!  (Currently we have 19 "filtered" 5-star reviews!! Why they are filtered is not clear, except that this happened after we stopped paying to be a featured business on yelp...businesses beware of yelp.) Anyway, one thing to keep in mind is that skin repair is a process and depending on how severe the problem or concern, a series of customized treatments is necessary to get the results you want.   Sometimes cost is the limiting factor.   Skin repair also requires the client to comply with the at-home regimen to accelerate and/or maintain results. There is no magic product or treatment that corrects every problem after one use or application.  I am sure everyone out there understands that, in spite of how tempting it is to want to see those perfect results right away. And, of course, this is a business. The doctor has to pay her staff and pay for equipment and the latest physician-line skin repair products.  There truly is not the mark-up on products that some people think!  We sell our products and services at the most competetive prices possible.
