Best wax in Oakland! Just the eyebrows, Svetlana is awesome!.. I also have had some amazing facials. Great way to relax and rejuvenate when you are in Montclair village.
Even though the simple mani pedi was lovely, it was not as described in the advertisement which is why we chose this location. There were no eye pillows or music of our choice per head phones. Instead was some hit radio station was playing. The massage was very good.
I had my eye lash extension for the first time in this day spa and it was the worst experience I had ever had! Not only the process took 1 1/2 hour long. The job was not professional at all because all the fake lashes FELL out after washing my face, even though I waited 24 hours for the adhesive to sink in. The worst thing about those lashes, they super HARD and very uncomfortable. I look like a FREAK with my fake lashes all over. I have tried everything to fix it myself, no luck. I end up going to another spa to redo the lashes for $160. Never again I will go here to have my lash extension.
The people here are super nice and do a great job of explaining what the treatments entail and the effects they produce etc.All in all, this place is great!- just don't expect a miracle!
