Lacy did my sister's hair. Lacy ignored my sister's complaints that her head was burning really bad and just kept saying it was normal. Now my sister has bald patches on her head from where Lacy burned her hair off!!!!!! On top of that, Lacy didn't even know how to blow dry my sister's curly hair to make it lay flat. It was a frizzy mess and not a problem with our stylist who sadly was booked. We are in tears over what she did to my sister's hair. Stay away from there. This is just the beginning of our grievance against them. Save your hair and head. Go somewhere else!!!!!
