The so called person named "Alice" definitely was not a client at HairSpace. If you look at her other reviews, it is odd how she can hit so many different salons in a couple of days. Her report is a SCAM. You don't wait 30 mins at the salon, much less get a shorter haircut than what you asked for. You can't find a better place in the Bay Area to get color or a cut.
