well this is rich - months after I filed a complaint with the BBB against this store regarding the costly mistakes they made charging my credit card, I want to drop in to get my son's haircut done; quick and cheap. The appointment is confirmed for well over a week and then, hours before we were to go there (at the mall anyhow) they call and say we can no longer go there EVER because we spoke up earlier.
