I purchased Model IH-F20Y on 5/14/2010 and after using 3 times, the glass top splintered. No return instructions with cooker and could not locate Aiting on the web. I called the number on this site and this number does not receive incomming calls? I called number on receipt and only get a recording stating that he(?) is out of the office. No message box. We bought 5 sets of their 1500 count bed sheets and they are awesome! Can't beat the price. You just can't call them to ask questions or order more...and no website.
I felt the sample pillow case on the display table, which felt great, and bought a set of bed sheets. However, the flat sheet is not made of the same material - it is a cheap satin type material. Additionally, the dye ran while the sheets were in the wash, and there are blotches now on the sheets and pillow cases.
