I had a poor experience the first time I went to Nail World, but I decided to go back and give it a second chance. Terrible mistake! The first thing I see is two of the employees sleeping in the pedicure chairs, when clearly there were plenty of things for them to do, the manager even said they were "lazy." The nail stylist, as nice as she was, she was great until another coworker came in. They started talking in Vietnamese, complaining about something, and she ignored me. When the coworker got up to take a phone call, my stylist rushed so fast to get my nails done that she drilled (using a point-tipped drill) right into my skin on the edge of my nails, consequently making me bleed on two of my fingers. She didn't even paint the entire nail, she left blank spaces on all sides and left excess paint coated on the skin around the nail and underneath in mass amounts. Finally, while my nails were drying, she was busy talking to her coworker for so long that a different stylist came over to put gel on. And once the gel dried, the same woman literally DRENCHED my hands with some kind of chemical. There were paper towels by her arm, but instead of using them to clean up the chemical surrounding the whole station and on my hands- she just rudely told me to go wash my hands. Never going here again! A total waste of money and time.

Horrible! Worst nail experience I've ever had! Terrible customer service! Rude! The lady doing my nails cut my cuticle to the point to where it bled and then didn't even say she was sorry or anything! They had the back door open letting files in. They where all over the inside of the salon. Then the lady doing my friends nails didn't understand what she wanted and did it wrong. At the end of everything they couldn't even charge us right. NEVER GO HERE!
