DONT GO GET UR HIGHTLIGHTS FROM SHERIN, HER NAME IS SOMETHING LIKE THAT.. SHE'S OWNER'S DAUGHTER. SHE GOT THE WORST ATTITUDE AND MAIN THING IS THAT SHE DOESN'T FINISH HER JOB....SHE FUCKIN MADE ME PAY EXTRA AND DIDN'T FINISH HER JOB WITH HIGHTLIGHTS AND LAYERS.... SERVICE SUCKS!!! CUSTOMER SERVICES SUCKS!!! BASICALLY THE THEIR PARLOR SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!!!

Anyway, I had my layers done today, customer service sucks. . .the daughter's owner really has an attitude, The hairdresser, named Kim is not listening to what I really want just went on and on cutting as I told her specifically what I want but guess what the owner just kept on butting in, so I told her to stop cutting my hair I stood up and left the barbie chair. A real decent good haircut is whether its blow dry or not it should look even . . . customer is always right... these people think that Sheri the pregnant daughters owner think she is the best or the greatest in town got a big head which all hairdresser can do what these reviews from the pass can do with the orange touch which i guess they are to blinded by her expertise of fooling people. . or bla bla customer talk . . and speaking in vietnamese language in front of the customers cussing and back stabbing . . fowl mouth . . ands is only good to customers whom they were able to cheat on prices. anyway i think it's not fair and I just want her to know that exposing her pregnancy to all chemicals is an abuse to her baby. . so i can say . . .if she can abuse her exposure to chemicals then I guess they can abuse other customers too. . .

I like the mom's way of cutting than the daughter's. She is way more hospitable too. This daughter really has attitude! She was talking on the phone and I heard her say, "if you're not coloring your hair, then, you can't get a haircut from me. It's a waste of my time". Talk about customer service!

Sheri knows how to color and highlight better than anyone. I have been to so many different salons and Sheri makes my hair exactly the way I want it every time.She is also one of the nicest people I have ever met.
