Clean and modern place with a friendly staff. Made appointment in the early afternoon for a same day 6:00 pm. Short wait andwas greeted by Kim. It was Friday and the salon was busy. They have a variety of pedicure services to pick from and the scrub scents lovely. The massage was excellent, Kim very professional and quick with little chit chat (which I like). Prices reasonable for an upscale salon in Walnut Creek. Will go back for my next special occassion manicure and pedicure.

Loved it! My friend and went for a spa pedi and a quick mani. The ladies were very detail oriented and took their time on the pedi (which we asked for). This is not the cheapest place nor the most expensive - the best bang for your buck in my opinion. I will be back many times. Clean, friendly, professional, went the extra mile, and the massage chairs are amazing!

I absolutely love & adore Galaxy Nail Spa! It's gorgeous, clean, professional, serene & oh so chic... Everyone 's friendly & professional and they pay attention to the tiniest of details. They're very accomodating and I've never had a bad experience. They don't try to rush you out of the chair either which is a huge issue at other places I've been to and I never go back. Plenty of parking in the underground (free) lot and plenty of mani/pedi options together with waxing & the whole fake nail thing ~ if that's your thing. Definitely check this place out and make your preferences known right away, they're FAB but they're not mind-readers.

I have been twice and both experiences were bad. It is the worst fill job I have ever had. And it took an hour and a half. Then when checking out the girl at the front was coughing and sneezing into her hand then handing me my credit card receipt and card. It was disgusting. The place is nice but not happy with the fill or professionalism. Guess I should have tried Mo!
