Although the atmosphere and look of this salon is really great, I don't feel the same about the professionalism behind some hair stylists. Especially Jessica. I have to say that by far this is the WORST experience I've had cutting my hair. She did not take her time while cutting my hair and seemed indifferent towards what I wanted. My cut ended up not looking anything like I wanted and I am very disappointed and embarrassed with my new hair. I felt like the whole time she rushed and never asked me questions. Definitely not worth the $40 or so I spent. I would recommend somebody else over her.

Perfect location near Starbucks & a clothing boutique, & always easy to park! Superb customer service & always greeted by name which is very welcoming! Comfortable, unpretentious salon & perfect haircut every time!

Great salon with a relaxed atmosphere. I got partial highlights and a cut from Georgia. She did a great job! Will definitely come back again.

Evolution has a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere. I feel valued and pampered. Robert Cook has been my stylist for 20 years. (Yes, we were both children when we started) He is extremely talented in cut and color. You will walk out feeling like a new woman (or man). I can literally put my head in his hands, let him work his magic and I know I'll be thrilled with the results.

I went to Evolution with my bridal party to get our hair and make-up done on my wedding day. I chose them because their prices were slightly cheaper than other Aveda salons. When I confirmed my appointment the receptionist quoted me at a specific price. On the day of, the hair and make-up looked great! When it came time to pay, everyone's prices were completely different. The price depended on who worked on us. We had no choice (or idea) that some stylists were 45 dollars and some were 60 dollars. This was something I wish was made more clear to me from the beginning. We also had eyelashes (that we brought) put on and they charged $15 more dollars for that! The owner was less than friendly, especially when I tried to talk to her about this. I felt ripped off and I will not return to this salon.
