The price is good but the staff range from being a bit mean looking to decent. I don't have any other choice really to get a haircut nearby.
This isn't a bash against this location specifically. It's rather a bash against the company in general I guess. Note to Great Clips, just because you can doesn't mean it's a good idea. Case in point.....online check-in. Sounds real nifty and tech-"with it" and all, but when a customer who has been a loyal client for the last 6 years has been sitting and waiting patiently to get his/her hair cut gets bumped back by 20 min because two other people who have checked in online walk in and are given priority .......well, it just seems like online check-in doesn't pay off as I'll never step foot into this, or any other Great Clips again. Ever. Unbelievably offensive. Somebody at corporate should be fired as this policy is just stupid.
Staff are friendly and attentive. Geez, for about $12, for a geezer like me, you can't beat it.
