First time was a decent experience for my sons first hair cut. Called a few months later to schedule appointment put on hold for over 10 minutes with no response. Called back and was sent directly to voicemail. Left a message and no response. The customer service is lacking with rude, entitled employees. We will take our business to Little B's. Worst service, EVER! Avoid at all cost, the people are rude.
I took my 2 children into Jack & Jill in Cherry Creek today and it was a terrific experience. The staff was so friendly and warm! I appreciated that the store was very clean and neat unlike other kids salon I have been to. My daughters got a great haircut and a very cute style and glitter. I would highly recommend Jack & Jill's, if you are looking for a quality haircut and great service!
You won't be fascinated with level of service and attention you can get at this saloon, but you won't be disappointed as well.Depending on with which hairdresser (in my case) is working you will be more or less satisfied. OK if you want to do some treatment on the fly..
We've been going to J&J for a few years. The staff is always friendly, the store is always clean, and Marilyn always does a great job. The few times there's been mistakes, the staff is quick to make it right.
Dreadful experience! Warning, NO refunds for bad haircuts. The Boulder Jack and Jill stylists, are I believe, to be beauty school students as their approach to cutting hair was little better than putting a bowl on a child's head and cutting around the bowl. I took three granddaughters to the Boulder salon, all three had a different "stylist". All three haircuts were so butchered that a wonderful Boulder salon took pity on us and did a fantastic job of recutting (many inches later) and cleaning up the mess Jack and Jill stylist made. Sometimes the owner of franchises loses sight of quality in favor of quanity.
