Reliably good. I wasn't sold the first time I went, so I tried more places in town. I'm sold now! Went back for my third time last night, and the difference is amazing. Seven other places in town had disappointed me in every aspect, while Nice Nails had the same quality each time. I do agree that they try to up sell aggressively, but I have had no problem saying no and being polite about it. It's in the company's best interest to up sell. I can see it being too much for some though. I've never had a problem with prices changing or being lied about it there. I cannot say this is the best nail salon in town, but for this type of nail salon it is. It's reliable in its quality given and I will keep going back. If you're looking for something more upscale, this isn't your place. But if you want an economical solution for your nail needs, this is the place to go! I'm happy with my nails!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Found this place on Yelp, read the reviews, and decided to give it a try. I'm new to the area and didn't know their reputation. Prices are similar to what I used to spend in Denver but the quality is way lower. The technician did not put the correct size tips on my nails, which lift away from the finger once the acrylic is put on. I tried to have her fix the ones that I saw but she tried to say that it was my nail. She also started with a very nice shape to my nails (which I approved of) but then filed them flat. In order to fix my nails she would have to do them all over and I didn't have to time for a removal and reapplication.

I've been to this nail salon a few times and they do an okay job.. not the best. I've been to other places and have had a better job then this place. My nails sometimes when I come to this place is sometimes decent but not always. Sometimes the nail techs are a bit rough with my feet when I get a pedicure. Not too super impressed, but it is an average place to go to.

Lie about prices and at the end of procedure make up new one. We gave them two chances and both times this happened. While procedure takes place they up_sell to an uncomfortable level. .. not only the client but anyone the client may bring along, They pressured me the whole time they were servicing my wife and I just wanted to sit and visit her.

I have been going to Nice Nails for over 4 years. I generally make an appt. The few times I did not have an appt. I was seated within 5 minutes of walking in the door. I don't use any other business in Fort Collins. As far as I'm concerned it's Nice Nails or no one at all.
